Buy the book, its fantastic. We're on our second version of it, the first having got gummed up by putting it on the same bit of kitchen surface as the sink - a bit like sticking a car in St George's Field during a rainy week ie not conducive to you ever using it again.

Instead, I shall watch "A Child at Any Odds" and feel remarkably smug but sympathetic about anyone with fertility issues. I know someone who's having real issues with this at the moment and I'm majorly glad that I got pregnant both times without much trouble.
